1. All Sales Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened or used.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during shipping, or
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will review the case and may offer a replacement or store credit where applicable.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
4. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. However, we will assist in resolving issues where possible.
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer may result in delivery issues, and refunds may not be issued in such cases.
5. Refund Processing (If Approved)
If a refund or store credit is approved:
- It will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (if applicable)
